Freight Broker (Freshers & Experienced) – VAJ Logistics
VAJ Logistics is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing freight brokerage team. Whether you are starting your career or bring industry experience, this role offers strong earning potential and real exposure to global logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure freight from shippers (primarily US market)
- Build and manage a reliable carrier network
- Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to maximize margins
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment execution (pickup to delivery)
- Track loads, resolve issues, and ensure on-time performance
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Requirements:
- Freshers: Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Experienced brokers: Proven track record in freight brokerage
- Knowledge of US logistics market (preferred)
- Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
