Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at Shine Logistics. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage activities, building and maintaining customer and carrier relationships, coordinating dispatching operations, and ensuring seamless account management. The role also includes negotiating rates, tracking shipments, and providing outstanding customer service to meet client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and building customer relationships
- Experience in Dispatching and coordination of carrier schedules
- Ability to manage accounts effectively, including rate negotiation and shipment tracking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
