Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods, coordinating freight services, negotiating rates with carriers, dispatching shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance, and managing accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
- Experience in Dispatching and coordinating freight operations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows
- Familiarity with transportation management platforms is a plus
- Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
