Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Freight Broker at Shine Logistics. The Freight Broker will be responsible for connecting shippers and carriers, negotiating freight rates, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role involves customer service, dispatching shipments, managing accounts, and handling brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service while meeting company and client objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Proficiency in Dispatching and coordinating shipments
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using logistics software and transportation management systems
- Previous logistics or transportation experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
