Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at Shine Logistics. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight shipments, building and maintaining relationships with carriers and clients, negotiating rates, coordinating dispatching, and providing excellent customer service. This role will also require managing accounts, ensuring timely deliveries, and addressing any logistical challenges that arise during the transportation process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship management
- Experience in Dispatching and logistics coordination
- Account Management expertise, including managing client needs and addressing concerns
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment
- Understanding of transportation and logistics regulations is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus
