Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including freight brokerage services, dispatching, and account management. The role involves establishing and nurturing strong customer and carrier relationships to secure freight opportunities, negotiate rates, and ensure timely and efficient shipments. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction and contribute to efficient operational processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes
- Proficiency in customer service and client relationship management
- Proven ability in dispatching and coordinating logistics
- Strong skills in account management and maintaining productive partnerships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with logistics software and transportation management systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not required)
