Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at Shine Logistics. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. Responsibilities also include managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with dispatch teams to track and resolve any shipping challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience with Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
- Knowledge of Dispatching and coordination with carriers for timely shipments
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address shipping challenges
- Strong communication abilities and proficiency in relevant software/tools
- Understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry
- High level of adaptability and self-motivation for remote work
