Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing the entire freight process, including negotiating with carriers, coordinating shipments, managing dispatch operations, and building strong relationships with clients and vendors. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful management of freight accounts and operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Strong skills in Dispatching and Customer Service
- Ability to manage and grow client accounts through effective Account Management practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in logistics platforms and transportation management systems is preferred
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is desirable
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
