About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker who understands the US logistics market and can independently manage operations, build relationships, and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is confident handling loads end-to-end and wants to work in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate freight loads across the US
- Dispatch loads efficiently and ensure smooth operations
- Communicate with carriers, shippers, and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and problem-solving during shipments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US freight brokerage
- Strong understanding of US logistics and freight market
- Ability to manage loads independently
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)
