Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for Freight Brokers and Dispatch Executives located in Gurgaon.
📍 Location: Gurugram, Sector 49
🗓 Monday – Friday (Fixed) | Saturday & Sunday Off

Open PositionsFreight Broker – US Market
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage U.S.-based shipper accounts
- Negotiate carrier rates and maximize gross margins
- Book and manage loads end-to-end
- Build long-term customer and carrier relationships
- Achieve weekly revenue and margin targets
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in U.S. freight brokerage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with DAT / Truckstop / TMS platforms
- Comfortable working U.S. shift timings
Dispatch Executive – US Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with carriers and drivers
- Ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Manage detention, TONU, layovers, accessorials
- Submit POD within 48 hours of delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in U.S. dispatch preferred
- Strong follow-up and operational coordination skills
- Ability to handle high shipment volumes
