Role Description
The Freight Broker will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating with carriers, dispatching shipments, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. The responsibilities will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in an ed tech, telesales, logistics, transportation, or freight
brokerage environment preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Team player with a customer-focused attitude.
