Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker based in Noida. The Freight Broker will coordinate and manage freight shipments by negotiating contracts with carriers, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring efficient dispatching. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and addressing their shipping needs with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will also monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery while resolving any challenges that may arise during transit.
Qualifications
- Freight Brokerage and Brokerage Skills
- Customer Service and Dispatching skills
- Experience in core sales and logistics sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in logistics and transportation is a plus
- Good communication is a must
- knowledge on FTL, LTL, and brokerage.
- Experience in Sales, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
