Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight transactions, building relationships with carriers and clients, providing outstanding customer service, coordinating dispatching, and ensuring efficient logistics operations. Additional responsibilities include account management and supporting brokerage activities to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Proven skills in Customer Service and managing client relationships
- Proficiency in Dispatching and logistics coordination
- Experience in Account Management for client satisfaction and retention
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of the logistics industry and relevant tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
