Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker based in Chandigarh, India. As a Freight Broker, responsibilities will include managing relationships with carriers and customers, handling dispatch coordination, facilitating shipment tracking, and overseeing the freight booking process. The role requires ensuring seamless communication and workflows between all parties while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism in logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage processes and Brokerage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Experience in Dispatching and coordinating between carriers and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment with problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience in freight brokerage or logistics industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage
