Job Summary:
Augustus Transport is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Freight Broker with strong sales capabilities and experience handling international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing freight operations while actively generating new business across global markets such as the USA and other international regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients (shippers) in the US market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Negotiate freight rates and close deals profitably
• Coordinate with operations/carrier team for smooth load execution
• Manage daily sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 6 months to 5+ years of experience in US freight brokering / logistics sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of lanes, market rates, and trucking operations
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
• Experience handling international markets such as USA
• Prior experience in client handling and vendor coordination
• Knowledge of Incoterms and global trade practices

Work Schedule & Benefits:
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
