Position- Freight Broker

Shift Time - 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM | Mon to Fri

Location - Mohali | Onsite Role

The Freight Broker manages freight transportation across the U.S. by coordinating between shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with shippers and carriers
• Build and manage a reliable carrier network
• Negotiate freight rates and terms
• Track shipments and resolve issues
• Communicate with customers and provide updates
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in U.S. freight brokerage/logistics
• Knowledge of freight processes and regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with load boards, freight systems, and MS Office.
