Role Description
We are seeking a Freight Broker for a full-time on-site role based in Patiala. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating freight dispatching, providing top-notch customer service, and facilitating brokerage services. Additional responsibilities include communicating with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage services
- Skilled in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Dispatching and coordinating shipment logistics
- Strong skills in Account Management to oversee client accounts and ensure satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the logistics or freight industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
