👔 BULK HIRING: 40+ Open Positions – Freight Brokers (US Logistics)
💼 Experience: Fresher to 3 Years (Freight Broking / Logistics / Sales)
📍 Location: Mohali (Punjab) – On-Site
💻 Work Mode: On-Site
🕒 Shift: Night
We are looking for highly driven Freight Brokers to manage end-to-end load operations, build strong carrier networks, and maximize profitability in the US logistics market.
📝 Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
🔹 Source, onboard, and manage a reliable carrier network
🔹 Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers & shippers
🔹 Book loads and manage the full lifecycle (pickup to delivery)
🔹 Ensure on-time pickups/deliveries with proactive tracking
🔹 Maximize margins through strategic pricing & negotiation
🔹 Build long-term relationships with carriers and clients
🔹 Handle exceptions like delays, detention, layovers, etc.
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
🗞️ Skill Requirements:
🔸 Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
🔸 Strong Negotiation & Sales Skills
🔸 Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
🔸 Basic understanding of TMS tools & load boards (DAT, Truckstop preferred)
🔸 Problem-solving mindset with strong coordination skills
💰 CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + High Incentives (Performance-Based)
