Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Noida. The role involves managing freight brokerage activities, coordinating with carriers and customers, handling dispatch operations, and providing exceptional customer service. As part of the team, you will also oversee account management responsibilities to sustain and grow existing relationships and optimize logistics solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes, with 1 to 5 years of relevant expertise.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Dispatching and ensuring the timely movement of freight.
- Account Management skills for maintaining and growing client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during US working hours (US shift).
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
