Job Summary
Famos Freight is seeking an experienced and dedicated Freight Operation Executive to manage daily freight operations and ensure smooth coordination of import and export shipments. The candidate will be responsible for shipment handling, documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely cargo movement.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle Import & Export shipments and related documentation
* Coordinate with carriers, vendors, agents, and customers for shipment execution
* Ensure timely shipment processing and cargo delivery
* Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders
* Manage operational issues and resolve shipment-related challenges
* Maintain accurate shipment records and reports
* Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and documentation requirements
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping operations
* Good knowledge of Import & Export procedures and documentation
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Proficient in MS Office and logistics software/tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Air Freight / Sea Freight operations
* Customer handling experience
* Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
