• Experience coordinating with internal communications and/or training teams as a functional partner, including scoping work, providing direction, and reviewing outputs.
• Working knowledge of at least one established change management methodology (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges Transition Model, McKinsey 7-S, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in an environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
• Demonstrated written communication skills, with experience crafting stakeholder communications, change narratives, and enablement content for a range of audiences.
• Able to work effectively across all organizational levels, from front-line employees to senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
Preferred
• Prosci Change Management Certification, CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), or equivalent credential.
• Experience in a technology organization, IT-led transformation, or enterprise systems implementation (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments and how change management integrates with iterative development cycles.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflow tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, or similar platforms, including willingness to evaluate and adopt new AI capabilities as they emerge.
• Experience applying AI tools specifically to change management tasks — such as generating stakeholder personas, drafting resistance management plans, summarizing feedback themes, or creating training outlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
