Summary

Are you a student who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating memorable experiences? Do you have a passion for event planning and a talent for clear communication and thoughtful service? As an Exhibitor Services Intern at Freeman, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute meaningfully to the success of live events. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs, enhance exhibitor experiences, and develop your skills in customer engagement and service strategy. In addition to gaining hands-on experience in the events industry, you’ll have opportunities to network with professionals, attend industry events, and explore the latest technologies and trends shaping live experiences. This position is located in Las Vegas, NV supporting our Business Development team and follows a in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or showsite.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Friendly, proactive, and passionate about customer service and live events
  • Strong problem-solvers with attention to detail
  • Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
  • Available to work for 10 weeks during the summer of 2026

Education & Experience

  • Pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Development, Sales, or a related field
  • Junior, Senior, or recently Graduated
