Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role located in Ganderbal, with some flexibility for remote work. As a UI/UX Developer intern, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. Your daily tasks will include wireframing, prototyping, and designing user flows, along with collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation. You'll conduct user research, usability testing, and iteration based on user feedback to deliver well-designed, user-centered solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Strong visual design and creativity skills
- Previous experience with usability testing and user research is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on a hybrid team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
