Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Narrative Writer with expertise in Customer Service Reporting to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves creating compelling narratives, reports, and communication materials that showcase customer service achievements, highlight customer experiences, and reflect the company’s commitment to client satisfaction. The writer will collaborate closely with the customer service team to gather insights, draft clear and engaging content, and maintain a consistent voice aligned with the company’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in understanding and enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high Customer Service standards
- Proficiency in developing audience-centric narratives that effectively highlight customer interactions and outcomes
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
