Key Responsibilities

Required Qualification
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations or Business Management roles
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and performance outcomes
• Strong leadership, execution, and decision-making capability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
• Experience working with cross-functional and senior leadership teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field
Preferred
• Experience across multiple industries
• Prior consulting or freelance experience
• Exposure to scaling businesses or transformation initiatives
• Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution capability
