As we take on more client work, we are building a bench of experienced freelance consultants to collaborate with us on current and upcoming projects.
Where you add value (5+ years in one or more):
➜ ESG strategy, implementation & roadmaps
➜ Sustainability reporting - GRI, ISSB, CSRD/ESRS, CDP, BRSR, SASB
➜ Double Materiality Assessments
➜ Carbon accounting & GHG inventories (Scopes 1, 2 & 3)
➜ Climate risk, net-zero & transition planning
➜ ESG data management, analytics & assurance support
➜ Sustainable finance, ratings & regulatory compliance
➜ Supply chain sustainability & responsible sourcing
➜ Nature, biodiversity & circular economy
What engagements look like:
These are freelance, project based engagements with opportunities for recurring work. Roles are remote, with occasional meetings depending on the project, and duration varies by scope. Rates are competitive and based on your expertise and the scope of the project.
You are likely a fit if you:
✔ Have 5+ years in sustainability advisory or a ESG focused technical specialization
✔ Work independently as a consultant or subject matter expert
✔ Bring strong analytical, communication & stakeholder skills
✔ Thrive in multidisciplinary teams
✔ Have cross-industry experience (a plus)
