Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelancer specializing in ClickUp Setup & Support. The responsibilities of this role include setting up and optimizing ClickUp for project management, integrating ClickUp with existing workflows and tools, creating and customizing dashboards, training team members in utilizing ClickUp effectively, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless project operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to tailor the platform and maintain updates is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ClickUp setup, workflow management, and system optimization
• Experience in task automation, dashboard customization, and integration with other tools
• Project management skills, including team collaboration and task organization
• Ability to train users and provide comprehensive support for software utilization
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Prior experience with project management software or related tools is a plus
• Understanding of digital marketing workflows is beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Set up ClickUp workspace for our teams

• Create task structures, workflows, and automations

• Build dashboards and reporting systems

• Support the team in improving project management processes

Requirements:

• Strong experience with ClickUp setup and optimization

• Experience working with agencies or marketing teams is a plus

• Ability to provide quick support when needed
