Role Overview
MantraCare is looking for qualified and compassionate Freelance Psychologists to provide remote counseling and mental health support to clients. The role involves conducting therapy sessions, understanding client concerns, and delivering evidence-based psychological interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online counseling sessions via video/audio/chat.
- Assess client concerns and provide appropriate therapy and treatment plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Document session details and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide support for issues like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, etc.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement throughout the therapy process.
- Collaborate with internal teams when required for case management.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology.
- Relevant experience in counseling or therapy (1–3+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable with remote/online consultation tools.
- Ability to manage flexible working hours.
- Registration or license (if applicable) is a plus.
