Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freelancer Legal Professional. The role involves providing expert legal consulting, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research on legal issues, and ensuring alignment with professional standards. The candidate will collaborate with JuriCloud's team to apply AI-enabled solutions in structured and controlled legal workflows.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting and advising clients or organizations on regulatory and compliance matters
- Strong capabilities in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts and agreements
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement
- Familiarity with AI tools in legal workflows is a plus
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a high degree of accountability
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Licensed attorney or equivalent legal qualification is required
