Hiring: Freelancer Lead Generation Expert – AI Projects
Type: Full-Time / Remote
We are looking for a highly proactive Lead Generation Specialist For AI Projects who can consistently bring qualified international clients for AI-based development services. This is a performance-driven role where your primary focus is identifying, approaching, and converting potential business clients into real project discussions.
The role requires hands-on experience in freelancer platforms and outbound B2B outreach. Incentives will be provided for every successfully converted project.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule discovery meetings with prospects

- Follow up until project conversion
- Maintain CRM / lead tracking sheet
- Submit weekly lead performance reports
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in freelancer platforms lead generation
- Experience targeting international clients
- Must have worked with IT / AI / Software service companies
- Strong written communication & proposal writing skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and qualify prospects
