Role Description
This is a remote contract position for a Freelancer E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager. In this role, you will oversee e-commerce and quick commerce operations, including analyzing metrics, managing customer journeys, and optimizing sales channels. Key responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, building customer relationships, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance. You will also monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to drive growth and ensure success across digital commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to develop agreements with partners and grow revenue streams
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with stakeholders and teams
- Proven Customer Service experience focused on building and maintaining customer loyalty
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus
- Familiarity with quick commerce trends and strategies is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
