Role Description
This is a flexible full-time/part-time hybrid role for Freelancers and Sales Partners based in Pune, with work-from-home opportunities.
The role focuses on sales and marketing of real estate plots. You’ll be responsible for:
- Engaging with potential customers (leads provided by the company)
- Coordinating and assisting with property promotions
- Conducting client site visits (with company support)
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships
👉 No prior experience or qualifications are required. The company provides CRM support, leads, training, and full assistance to help you succeed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Freshers welcome – training will be provided
- Prior sales/real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory
