We're looking for a hustler — someone who can independently identify, reach out to, and close small-to-medium businesses and recruitment agencies on ResumeStore. This is not a salaried desk job. This is a freelance, commission-heavy, eat-what-you-kill role for someone who thrives on closing deals and building relationships.

In simple terms: find companies and agencies that are hiring, show them how ResumeStore saves them time and money, and close them. You earn a commission on every sale.


Role:

  • Identify prospects: Find companies with active hiring needs — via LinkedIn, JustDial, Google Maps, local networks, industry events, WhatsApp groups, and your own contacts.
  • Cold outreach: Reach out via LinkedIn comments/DMs, WhatsApp, cold calls, and email. You'll be given messaging templates, but you should be able to personalise based on the prospect's specific hiring pain.
  • Product demo: Walk prospects through a 5-10 minute demo of resumestore.in (screen share or in-person). You'll be trained on the product and given a demo account.
  • Close deals: Convert prospects to paying customers. Handle objections. Follow up relentlessly. The product is Rs 5,000-25,000 — these are not 6-month enterprise sales cycles. Most deals close in 1-3 conversations.
  • Activate clients: Help new clients upload their first batch of resumes and run their first search. First-time value realisation is critical for retention.
  • Relationship building: Stay in touch with clients for top-ups and referrals. Happy clients refer other agencies and HR heads — that's your compounding pipeline.
  • Market intelligence: Report back on what prospects are saying — objections, competitor mentions, feature requests, pricing feedback. This directly shapes our product roadmap.
