Role Description The Freelancer – AI Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Worli. This role involves reviewing, labeling, and organizing data sets to train and improve AI models used for logistics, customer support, and internal operations. The AI Trainer will create and refine text-based responses, scenarios, and prompts, ensuring outputs are accurate, clear, and aligned with company guidelines and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs, providing structured feedback, documenting edge cases, and collaborating with internal teams to understand operational workflows and incorporate them into training data. The role also requires maintaining data quality, following confidentiality and security protocols, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate AI outputs and identify patterns, errors, and improvement areas.
- Excellent written communication skills in en_US, including clear, concise, and grammatically accurate text creation and editing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data labeling, documentation, and following structured guidelines and workflows.
- Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms for data entry, annotation, and reporting.
- Ability to learn new concepts related to AI, machine learning, and logistics operations, and apply them in practical scenarios.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site full-time in Worli, handle multiple tasks, and meet project timelines.
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to work with cross-functional teams such as operations and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in computer science, data analysis, linguistics, or logistics is an advantage.
- Prior experience in data annotation, AI/ML training, content review, or logistics/customer support processes is beneficial.
