Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Freelance Workday Payroll & Canada Payroll Trainer role. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to learners on Workday Payroll and Canada Payroll topics, preparing instructional materials, guiding learners through practical exercises, and addressing their queries. The trainer will also be expected to stay updated on advancements in payroll systems and share relevant updates with the learners, ensuring they develop expertise in payroll management.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing
- Understanding of Payroll Taxes and Payroll Services
- Familiarity with Garnishments and related compliance requirements
- Experience using Workday Payroll software and proficiency in training others on it
- Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in training or teaching, particularly in payroll systems, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred
