Role Description
This is a part-time remote freelance role for a Workday HCM Trainer. The candidate will design and deliver comprehensive training on Workday HCM modules, customize learning materials, and provide hands-on guidance to learners. Responsibilities include conducting live virtual sessions, addressing participant queries effectively, staying updated on Workday advancements, and leveraging instructional strategies to ensure skill development. The trainer will also be responsible for evaluating learner performance and providing actionable feedback.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Workday HCM functionalities such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking
- Strong skills in training delivery, curriculum development, and instructional design
- Proven ability to conduct engaging virtual training sessions and address diverse learner needs
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and techniques
- Relevant certifications in Workday HCM or related fields are preferred
- Prior experience in corporate training, workforce management, or EdTech is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred
