We are looking for an experienced Freelance WordPress Developer to design and develop a high-quality blog page for our matchmaking platform, Primerishta.
Project Overview:
The goal is to create a modern, fast, SEO-friendly, and user-friendly blog section that aligns with our brand and enhances content engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a responsive WordPress blog page
- Customize theme or build from scratch (preferred if needed)
- Ensure SEO optimization (on-page structure, schema, speed)
- Optimize for fast loading and performance
- Integrate categories, tags, and clean blog navigation
- Set up blog templates (single post, archive, category pages)
- Ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices
- Implement basic security and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in WordPress development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with page builders (Elementor or similar) or custom theme development
- Understanding of SEO and Core Web Vitals
- Ability to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code
