Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freelance Website Maintenance & Support Developer, based in Gurugram with opportunities to work remotely. The developer will be responsible for maintaining the website, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing software functionality. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance, implementing updates, fixing bugs, and supporting users with technical challenges. Collaboration with the team to ensure operational efficiency will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, including coding, debugging, and implementing updates
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with problem-solving in technical environments
- Expertise in Troubleshooting website and application issues
- Proven Technical Support experience dealing with user queries and challenges
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and assist users
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms or rental-based services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a hybrid work setup
