Company Description
We're building a new category - the micro-pause.
Not meditation. Not a wellness app. Not another self-care routine that requires forty minutes and a yoga mat. A micro-pause is three minutes. Mid-day. The cold water splash before your next meeting. The chai you actually tasted. The bench you sat on for no reason. The moment your nervous system quietly reset without you planning it.
We're designing small, sensorial rituals - mood care kits - for the overstimulated modern life. For the 3pm face. For the person who hasn't stopped once since 9am. Soulpop is pre-launch and building fast. If you join now, you're not joining a company. You're helping build a category that doesn't fully exist yet.
That's the opportunity.
Role Description
We're building a short-form video podcast about micro-pauses - the small, unplanned moments in a day that reset you. Think: a cold coffee at a window at 3pm. A parked car before going inside. A child saying something that stops time. Each episode is 5–7 minutes, shot in one real location - a coworking space, a café, a car, a hotel lobby. Natural light. Real people. No studio, no set dressing, no scripts visible.
I need someone who:
· Shoots documentary or editorial style, not commercial or wedding
· Can work with iPhone Pro or their own minimal kit.
· Understands that the moment you missed is gone - no asking people to repeat themselves.
· Edits with patience - Doesn't jump-cut every 2 seconds.
· Grades warm and muted. think Kinfolk, not Instagram filter.
What we are NOT looking for: Someone who needs a shot list, a call sheet, a lighting setup, or a stylist. If your best work is in a studio, we're probably not the right fit.
Portfolio: Show us your three favourite personal projects. Not your showreel.
Shoot days: Gurgaon and Delhi both/Mumbai depending on episode location
Start: As soon as the right person is found
Per episode Fee: Rs.15-25k.
