About the RoleAre you a storyteller who can turn complex facts and geopolitical data into engaging visual narratives? We are looking for a creative Video Editor to help produce high-quality, high-retention YouTube content.
What We’re Looking ForWe need someone who can master the "Johnny Harris / Nitish Rajput / Dhruv Rathee" style of informative editing. If you can make maps move and data look beautiful, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Full Video Assembly: Edit 6–15 minute long-form videos based on provided scripts and voice-overs.
- Map Animations: Create dynamic map sequences to explain geographical shifts or conflicts.
- Article & Data Highlights: Use clean motion graphics to call out key facts from news articles and documents.
- Visual Pacing: Use the "Photo-per-effect" technique and parallax to maintain a high-retention flow.
- Audio Engineering: Sync background music and sound effects while ensuring clear voice-over levels.
Required Skills- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred) or CapCut Desktop.
- Style: Proven experience in "YouTube-style" informative editing.
- Efficiency: Ability to handle a high volume of work (15+ videos a month) without compromising quality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to find accurate stock footage/images related to the script.
