We're looking for a freelance video editor for two of our clients.

Client 1 publishing house
India's first queer fantasy and romance publishing house, based in Mumbai. Pre-launch, building a fandom community on Instagram. Reels include founder talking head content, dark editorial aesthetics, fast text-on-screen cuts, and mood/world-building edits. Think danmei, Thai BL, sapphic fantasy, dark, cinematic, and emotional. Fandom-native sensibility is a big plus.
Client 2 Pet Influencer Account
A dog lifestyle and personality account. Reels are fun, warm, and character-driven. Strong storytelling through cuts, good use of trending audio, and an eye for making everyday moments feel watchable and shareable.
What we're looking for across both:
— Strong pacing and audio sync
— Clean, confident editing, no overcooked transitions
— Able to shift tone between two very different aesthetics
— Reliable, deadline-driven, communicative
This is ongoing freelance work. Volume is consistent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing
- Experience with Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
- Knowledge of designing and applying Graphics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategies is a plus
- Portfolio showcasing video editing and production work
