Role Description The Freelance Video Editor will work full time on-site at the MD PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED office in Kolkata. This role involves editing raw footage into compelling property showcases, promotional videos, and corporate content aligned with the company’s brand and messaging. The Video Editor will perform color grading, sound synchronization, and basic motion graphics to enhance visual appeal and clarity. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, organizing and managing media assets, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video outputs. The role also involves revising content based on feedback and maintaining consistency across all video materials for digital and offline platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to handle end-to-end workflows from raw footage to final export.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, professional visual quality across different types of real estate content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling, highlight property features, and support branding.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines and project briefs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Kolkata and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in real estate, advertising, or corporate video projects is an advantage.
- Formal training or certification in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
