We’re Hiring: Video Editor (Freelance / Part-Time)
We’re looking for a video editor who understands pacing, storytelling, and internet culture, not just transitions.
This role is for someone who enjoys building thoughtful, visually strong content across branding, hospitality, lifestyle, strategy, and founder-led brands.
You’ll work on:
- Reels & short-form social content
- Founder-led talking videos
- Brand storytelling edits
- Podcast/video snippets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of short-form content pacing
- Good eye for composition, cuts, rhythm, and storytelling
- Ability to edit clean, aesthetic, platform-native content
- Comfortable with subtitles, sound design, hooks & retention-focused editing
- Understanding of current social media formats and trends
- Ability to take creative direction and also contribute ideas
Software:
Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (any combination works)
Work Structure
- Freelance / Part-time
- Remote-friendly
- Flexible but deadline-conscious
- Project-based or monthly retainers, depending on workload
