Role Description The Freelance Video Editor will be responsible for editing and enhancing video content for ecommerce brands, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visuals for various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and graphics elements, and optimizing videos for different formats and channels. The role involves collaborating with creative and product teams to understand project requirements, maintaining consistent visual standards, and meeting project timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and adherence to Dresma’s visual and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Video Color Grading for visual consistency and quality.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an understanding of digital and social media video formats.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams on-site in Gurugram.
- Relevant experience in ecommerce, advertising, or product-focused video content and a portfolio showcasing previous work are highly beneficial.
- A degree or certification in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent professional experience is demonstrated.
