Company Description Accelerate AI designs custom operational platforms that replace fragmented tools and manual data workflows with a unified system tailored to each client’s business. Instead of forcing organizations to adapt to generic SaaS products, Accelerate AI builds CRMs, client portals, dashboards, and automation backbones around their existing operations. This approach helps teams reduce time spent on manual entry, improve data consistency, and scale without system failures. The company works closely with clients to understand their processes and deliver solutions that support efficient, reliable growth.
Role Description The Freelance Video Editor at Accelerate AI is a full-time remote role focused on creating engaging, polished video content that explains products, showcases client stories, and supports marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage, assembling video narratives, adding graphics and motion elements, and applying color correction and grading to ensure a consistent visual style. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to interpret creative briefs, optimizing videos for different platforms and formats, and managing file organization and version control. The Video Editor is expected to maintain deadlines, incorporate feedback efficiently, and uphold brand and quality standards across all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong video editing skills, including experience with Video Editing and Video Production using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Proficiency in visual enhancement and finishing, including Video Color Grading and basic sound cleanup to deliver high-quality, consistent outputs.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, overlays, explainers, and product walkthroughs (e.g., Adobe After Effects, motion design tools).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret storyboards or scripts, structure clear narratives, and tailor edits for different channels (web, social, presentations).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting full-time availability expectations.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and responding constructively to feedback.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant video work; experience with tech, SaaS, or B2B content is a plus.
- Experience with asset management, file organization, and cloud-based collaboration tools; familiarity with basic video compression and export settings for multiple platforms.
