Role Description This is a on-site role based in TN,PY & KL for Freelance Trainers specializing in Software Development courses. The trainer will design and deliver classroom-based and lab-oriented sessions on software development topics, ensuring that learners acquire both conceptual understanding and hands-on skills. Key responsibilities include preparing delivering instructional content to different learner levels, and conducting interactive lectures, demonstrations, and classroom exercises. The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, mentoring students on Industry 5.O software development projects, and collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve course content and training methodologies. Trainers are expected to stay updated with current software technologies and industry practices to keep the curriculum relevant and engaging.
Key Requirements : Full Stack, DSA, Core Java, Python, C Devops, Blockchain & Cyber Security,
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Software Training and Training, with proven experience delivering technical courses to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Software Development, including knowledge of programming languages, tools, and modern development practices.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage learners in interactive sessions.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Instructional Design, including developing structured curricula, training materials, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with classroom management, learner mentoring, and project-based teaching is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with in-house & Academic coordinators and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging software technologies and educational best practices.
