What We’re Looking For:
- Candidates with Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Engineering or Science subjects
- 3+ years of college and/or corporate training experience
- Willingness to travel (India & abroad) on short notice — all logistics covered by FHCC
- Candidates with Laptop, stable internet, and good-quality webcam preferred
- Ability to deliver online & classroom sessions
- Flexibility for IST hours (Mon–Sat) and/or overseas time zones/weekends/ holidays
- Strong subject expertise, domain certifications & updated domain knowledge
- Excellent English communication and learner engagement skills is a must
- Content creation skill (labs/assignments/material) is a big plus
- Professionalism, conformance to company policies, punctuality & reliability
- Ability to handle diverse audience groups confidently
