Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Freelance Technical Writer, based in Hyderabad. The Technical Writer will develop and manage clear and concise technical content, including documentation, manuals, and guides as per JSS 0251 standard. Responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and editing technical documents, working closely with technical teams to ensure accuracy, and maintaining high quality standards in all written materials. The role will involve understanding complex technical concepts and presenting them in an accessible format for various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, and Documentation creation
- Experience in preparing and structuring user manuals and technical documentation
- Strong skills in writing and editing content with a focus on precision and clarity
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and effectively translate technical information for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of tools and software used in technical writing
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, English, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a structured on-site environment
