Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelance Technical Skill Trainer located in Bengaluru. The individual will design and conduct interactive training sessions, focusing on a range of skills, including life skills, communication, soft skills, and professional development. Responsibilities include creating customized training materials, delivering engaging and effective workshops, fostering a productive learning environment, and assessing participants' progress to ensure measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and Training & Development
- Expertise in Life Skills and Soft Skills coaching
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively
- Prior experience in conducting workshops or corporate-level training is advantageous
- Adaptability and the ability to customize training content to meet diverse needs
- Experience in curriculum design and implementation is a plus
- Professional certifications in training, facilitation, or coaching are desirable
