Flexing It has partnered with Our Client, is a top-tier global management consulting firm is seeking a Consultant with strong experience in hospital operations and hands-on expertise in NAHB (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) accreditation significantly transforms hospital database management. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and accurate data reporting aligned with healthcare regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day hospital operations to improve efficiency, patient flow, and service delivery.
- Handle NHB database management, including data entry, validation, maintenance, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and NAHB guidelines.
- Analyze operational and clinical data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments (clinical, admin, finance) for seamless data integration.
- Monitor KPIs related to hospital performance, quality, and patient outcomes.
- Support audits, accreditation processes, and regulatory reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in hospital management.

Location- Remote
Skills required:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in hospital operations and healthcare data management.
- Hands-on experience with NAHB database systems and hospital information systems (HIS).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience working in multi-specialty hospitals or healthcare institutions preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, audits, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH).
